Keppel Nights
Keppel Nights - a partnership between Keppel Corporation and National Arts Council - is Singapore’s first sustainable ticket subsidy scheme for paid arts and entertainment shows. Starting from August 2008, a selection of weekend shows will feature limited quantities of Keppel Nights half-price tickets. Just look out for the Keppel Nights icon on related publicity materials and show collaterals.
The first Keppel Nights show was Keppel Corporation’s 40th Anniversary Concert: Symphonic Spectacular by Singapore Symphony Orchestra on 19 August at Esplanade Concert Hall. It showcased the world premiere of Associate Professor Ho Chee Kong's newly commissioned work, "Of Passion and Passages".
Students, NSFs and senior citizens (55 years and above) can enjoy the subsidy when they show their concession ID at SISTIC counters, or quote the Keppel Nights password at SISTIC hotline or website. The general public can quote the password at SISTIC counters, hotline or website.
